What we collect

The only personal information RetailFlow collects through this website is what you choose to give us via the contact form: your name, phone number, an optional alternate phone number, and your message. We don't ask for anything else, and there's no account or login on this marketing site.

Where it goes

Contact form submissions are sent directly to a private Google Sheet that only the RetailFlow team can access. We use it to get back to you — nothing more. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Site analytics

We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand overall traffic to this site — things like which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit. Plausible doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal data, and can't identify you individually. There is no ad tracking, retargeting pixel, or cross-site tracking on this site.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We don't use tracking cookies to follow you across other sites.

Requesting deletion

If you'd like us to delete a contact form submission you sent us, just reach out through the contact form or reply to any email we've sent you, and we'll remove it.

The RetailFlow app

This policy covers retailflow.co.in, our marketing site. If you're a RetailFlow customer using the app at app.retailflow.co.in, the business data you enter (sales, inventory, customer records) belongs to your business and is handled as described in your Early Access agreement with us — reach out via the contact form if you'd like details specific to your account.
