Early Access Program

RetailFlow is currently offered free of charge as part of an Early Access Program. Features, availability, and functionality may change as we continue building the product based on feedback from real retail businesses. We'll give Early Access members advance notice before introducing paid pricing, as described on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You may use RetailFlow — the website and the app at app.retailflow.co.in — to run and manage your own retail business. Please don't:

• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell or sublicense access to the app without our agreement.

Your data

The sales, inventory, customer, and financial records you create in RetailFlow belong to your business. We don't sell or share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect through this website specifically.

No warranty during Early Access

As an Early Access product, RetailFlow is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the app reliable and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service while we're actively building and improving it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves, particularly once paid pricing launches. We'll post the updated terms here with a new "last updated" date.
